Do you work in person or virtually?

We do both. We work nationwide and can accommodate all time zones

Do you work with college students?

All the time. This is a crucial period in their lives and we coach them in all areas as needed.

Do you offer couples therapy?

Couples is one o four specialty areas and is result driven to have you not only feeling great about yourselves, but also being able to reunite as a couple in the most positive way.

Do you offer Detox/Wellness Retreats or Aquatic Therapy?

We do offer many health, breathing techniques, and retreats. If you do not see one listed on our sit, please call for details on our next upcoming retreat. We also offer on the water breathing/yoga and paddle boarding events which can be scheduled anytime.

I feel lost, sad and alone. Can you help?

If you come to us with the desire to make a difference in your life and acknowledgement for where you are, YES we will help you with your life, life purpose, overcoming challenges, decision making process, letting things go, and supporting you as you move towards the best future possible.

Do you offer anything for Detox or Intervention

We do work with addiction recovery, and have partnered with some amazing Interventionalists and Recovery Programs. Please reach out for more information. We will help get you where you want to be.

I have anxiety and ADHD. Can you coach me?

Yes. Absolutely.

I have a college student struggling with time management and what direction she wants to go

Very common. We coach college high school, college students and adults in this area all the time. We find the motivating factors, set goals so they are attainable and provide the tools necessary for success.
